Beverley started at TPH in 2005. Rezoning, sub-divisions and consent uses applications are amongst her main duties. Beverley has a keen eye for the finer detail and coherence in our work format and layouts. She effortlessly manages all the office affairs and ensures that all our clients are kept up to date on the processes followed in the office.

Bea Fletcher

Member & Founder

Bea started TPH in late 1999, and as the fearless team leader, she motivates and inspires her team to provide the most professional and attentive service to all clients with a fully immersive hands-on approach. Her experience guarantees the best results in all land development applications.

Adele Coertze

Adele started at TPH in 2011. Adele focuses on land development applications (especially township establishment applications) and is responsible for all the drawing work. Passionate about people, customer relationships and good working relationships with the various Municipalities are her top priorities.
